Cancellation Policy

Payment for the swim lesson must be made in full before the start of the lesson. Students must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled lesson times, dressed appropriately for swimming. Parents/ guardians are responsible for ensuring the student's respectfulness and safe conduct while on the premises. Payments are non-refundable. If students cannot attend a scheduled lesson, they may reschedule within 14 days of the original payment date, subject to availability. THREE NO-SHOWS without prior communication are not eligible for rescheduling. To reschedule, notice must be given at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, or payment will still be charged. Card must remain on file for booking
